No Maintenance Fee

The Member 储蓄 Account has NO monthly service fee.

Inactive Relationship Fee

There is a $5/month fee assessed if your checking and savings accounts have had no activity for at least 12 months; you have no other active deposit, loan or credit card product with 元素; and deposit balances total $1,000或更少了. It is collected from the first checking or savings account that has sufficient funds to satisfy the fee, starting with checking and then moving to savings until the full fee is collected.
